About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals for health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
  • Provide services to a roster of clients, addressing their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
