Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement goal-directed treatment programs to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in acute care or community-based rehabilitation settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
