Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
  • Document client progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in acute care and rehabilitation settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
