Business Analytics Professor

Cape Breton University is seeking a collaborative and experienced candidate to fill a tenure-track position in Business Analytics. As a member of our faculty, you will contribute to the development of our students and the advancement of knowledge in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Teach courses in Business Analytics, including data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
- Conduct research in Business Analytics, with a focus on publishing in top-tier journals and securing external funding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to enhance the university's reputation and opportunities for students.
- Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and mentorship of students and junior faculty.
We are seeking a candidate with a doctoral degree in Computer Science or a closely related field from an accredited university. Experience in teaching and research in Business Analytics is essential, as is a strong commitment to community engagement and service.
