Business Analytics Professor/Lecturer Position

About the Position:
Cape Breton University is seeking a collaborative and experienced candidate to fill a limited-term position in Business Analytics at the rank of Assistant Professor (or Lecturer depending on qualifications).
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate programs in Business Analytics
- Conduct research and publish in the field of Business Analytics
- Develop and maintain curriculum in Business Analytics
- Provide academic advising to students
- Participate in departmental and university service
Requirements:
- Minimum of a doctoral degree in Computer Science or a closely related field from an accredited University
- Exceptional candidates in the later stages of their PhD (i.e., all but dissertation) may also be considered for the rank of Lecturer
- Demonstrated evidence of effective teaching and research in the field of Business Analytics
- Strong community involvement and a spirit of entrepreneurship
