We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Clandestina Inc. as an Executive Chef - Ethnic Cuisine Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.
- Food Safety: Hold a Safe Food Handling certificate and a Food Safety Certificate.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with attention to detail, and as a team player.
