About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Le Petit Chef. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
