About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Creative Niche as an Amazon Ecommerce Specialist on a full-time basis. As part of our ecommerce department, you will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to optimize operations and drive growth on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Seller Central efficiently for portfolio management, ensuring seamless product listings and inventory control.
  • Handle FBA program for adding new products and removing old ones, maintaining accurate data and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Address compliance issues and collaborate with operations for solutions, ensuring adherence to Amazon policies.
  • Maintain updated product database and optimize inventory weekly, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage advertising budget, campaigns, and Amazon event calendar, maximizing ROI and driving sales growth.
  • Enhance listings through categorization and keyword analysis, improving product visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor sales trends and provide insights for growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and goodwill process effectively, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Amazon FBA experience, with a proven track record of success in ecommerce operations.
  • Proficient in ERP and inventory management systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and sales-focused mindset, with a ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Resourceful in problem-solving and proficient in Excel, with a ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data and analytics platforms like Power BI, with a ability to leverage data insights to inform business decisions.
  • Shopify Plus experience, with a understanding of ecommerce platforms and their integration with Amazon.
  • Knowledge of project management platforms, with a ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
