About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our Recommendation Optimization Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that help our self-service advertisers reach their full potential. You will work closely with our software leaders, learn new technologies, innovate, and contribute to new ads products that our global customers use daily.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our self-service advertisers
- Collaborate with our software leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code that is scalable, efficient, and reliable
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to promote engineering excellence
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability
The Recommendation Optimization Experience team is a rapidly growing and diverse team that is dedicated to building innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
