CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Consultant to join our team. As a Client Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business-related matters.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure CIE_101 Beneva Inc. remains competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Life and Disability claims Group Insurance Industry.
- Excellent command of the English language; French is an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, & Word.
