CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Consultant to join our team. As a Client Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Life and Disability claims Group Insurance Industry.
  • Excellent command of the English language; French is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, & Word.
