We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Golderado Contracting Corp. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our hiring manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the hiring manager, including scheduling meetings, planning events, and maintaining data in our internal databases.
  • Assist with generating formal and informal reports, compiling statistics, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Make phone calls and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Travel to Calgary when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or post-secondary education in Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Google platform.
  • Proficient English language skills and a safety-conscious attitude.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
