Operational Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Officer to join our team at Pho Hoa Restaurant. As an Operational Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, including administration, budgeting, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Carry out management duties.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
