Job Title: Operational Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Officer to join our team at Pho Hoa Restaurant. As an Operational Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including budget and expenditures.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Carry out management duties.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Public transportation is available.
