Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Organic Nails & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that sales floors are adequately staffed and that tasks are assigned efficiently to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and Train or Arrange for Training of Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Authorize Payments by Cheque: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Oversee the daily activities of sales associates and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
