Position Overview

The Human Resources Administrator at DHE BOSS INC. plays a pivotal role in managing the organization's workforce and ensuring effective HR practices.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain office protocols and routines.
  • Design, implement, and oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage contractual agreements and relationships.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervise payroll processes and administration.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Conduct recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Maintain and oversee a digital database for HR records.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and reviews.
  • Coordinate and review various projects and programs.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Experience Required

Demonstrated experience in human resources is essential for this role.
