Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
This role is situated within the business services sector, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain office protocols and routines.
- Design, implement, and oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage contractual agreements and relationships.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise payroll processes and administration.
- Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Conduct recruitment and staffing processes.
- Maintain and oversee a digital database for HR records.
- Conduct performance evaluations and reviews.
- Coordinate and review various projects and programs.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Demonstrated experience in human resources is essential for this role.
