We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Application Support Analyst to join our team at S I Systems. This role will involve managing Windows Servers and Network hardware for security applications.

This position requires on-site work at our client's office in Toronto, ON, for 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Windows Server administration, IIS, and certificate management with 2+ years of experience.
  • Monitor and maintain hardware connected to the network by managing network IP addresses and communicating network information and requirements to connect.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
  • Implement good understanding of monitoring and alerting systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles.
  • Knowledge of security patch compliance.
