Job Title:

Sr Application Support Specialist | Governance, Risk, Compliance Application (GRC)


Job Description:

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to support a Governance, Risk, Compliance Application (GRC) for a major integration program. The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing the application, acting as the first line of support for all issues, and requesting changes and control issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support 10+ lines of business using the GRC application (Archer)
  • Stabilize the application and resolve issues
  • Act as the first line of support for all issues
  • Request changes and control issues

Requirements:
  • 10 years of overall IT experience
  • 3-5 years in Application support role
  • SQL/SQL Server and scripting experience using Python/PowerShell
  • Knowledge of C# and.NET
  • Experience within financial services, or enterprise environment preferred
  • Experience working in a Windows environment

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Archer is a plus
