Job Title: Executive Vice-President

At Ocean Front Suites at Cowichan Bay, we are seeking an experienced Executive Vice-President to join our team. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position, with English as the primary work language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate representatives.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience.
  • College or CEGEP education.
Work Environment:
  • 30 hours per week.
