Job Title: IT Development Manager

At Ocean Front Suites at Cowichan Bay, we are seeking an experienced IT Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train staff to ensure the effective delivery of IT services.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, and authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
  • Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
