About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Team Lead to join our team at Movati Athletic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performance team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Performance Coaches to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality training sessions
  • Develop and implement training plans tailored to meet the needs of our members
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members to improve results
  • Oversee the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in weekly Training & Development meetings and leadership calls to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role in the fitness industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in personal training sales, meeting targets, and people management
  • 5+ years of personal training experience
  • University degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Physical Education (an asset)
