We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Team Lead and Performance Coach to join our team at MOVATI Athletic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performance team that delivers exceptional member experiences and achieves business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Performance Coaches to deliver exceptional member experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement training methods and plans that reflect the needs and goals of our members.
- Monitor sales performance and relay information to team members to ensure targets are met.
- Deliver up to 20 Personal Training and/or Group sessions per week and achieve Group revenue goals per month.
- Oversee the effectiveness of Movati Game Plan Sessions and ensure new Club members are booked for their session in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly Training & Development meetings and attend leadership calls to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives.
- 1-2 years' experience in personal training sales, meeting targets, and people management.
- 5+ years of Personal training experience.
- University degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Physical Education (an asset).
