Team Lead

Join our team at Mapleview Centre as a Team Lead and play a vital role in promoting our core values. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and building relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach to sales and customer service.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment that promotes a culture of excellence.
  • Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, replenishment, and visual displays.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service updates to provide expert knowledge to customers.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by adhering to all Loss Prevention policies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and build customer loyalty.
  • Experience with retail operation concepts, such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
  • Self-starter with good judgment and excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas, decisions, and actions.
