About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Team Lead and Performance Coach to join our team at MOVATI Athletic. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performance team to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive personal training results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performance team to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive personal training results.
- Monitor sales performance against corporate and club objectives and relay this information to your team.
- Oversee training methods and ensure training plans are tailored to reflect members' personal goals and health concerns.
- Deliver up to 20 Personal Training and/or Group sessions per week and achieve Group revenue goals per month through effective schedule and staffing management.
- Lead and participate in weekly Training & Development meetings and attend leadership calls to ensure your team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in personal training sales, meeting targets, and people management.
- 5+ years of Personal training experience.
- University degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Physical Education (an asset).
