Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to outdoor enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their outdoor needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products and services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of outdoor sports and equipment an asset
