Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of nail technicians and other salon staff to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair of salon equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and other salon staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality and Production: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production, ensuring that all services meet the salon's standards and customer expectations.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of the salon, including the washing and drying of industrial or household articles.
  • Mechanical Equipment: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are used safely and efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop the skills of nail technicians and other salon staff, including safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
