We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to enhance our Sales Team's efforts in assisting clients with their product launches.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary objective will be to assist clients in navigating the intricate aspects of packaging. You will act as a knowledgeable and dependable resource for clients, providing essential information such as product details, market trends, and comprehensive support to Packaging Consultants (external sales). This position entails a combination of administrative duties and direct client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems
