Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Logistics Operations: Oversee the coordination of logistics activities, including the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
- Manage Warehouse Operations: Supervise the daily operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and Implement Logistics Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead a Team: Supervise a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including inventory turnover, shipping times, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all logistics operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
