IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a well-rounded IT Support Specialist to join our team at allCare IT — Cyber Security & IT Solutions. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform entry-level to intermediate technical interventions, root cause analysis, and provide escalation services for all workstation and print devices, including network connectivity.
- Perform configuration, imaging, and staging services on laptop and desktop computers.
- Respond to tickets, calls, incidents, and tasks while following standard procedures and escalation processes.
- Document ticket resolution and write procedures for the Service Desk knowledge base.
- Communicate issue statuses and resolutions to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- One year's relevant experience and a College Diploma related to the field of IT.
- A valid driver's license.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Honest, respectful, and humble.
- Passionate about technology and learning.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365 & Teams, Google Workspace, iPhone and Android devices, Windows 10 and 11, OS X, and experience in installation and removal of software from the above platforms.
- Knowledge in networking (DNS, DHCP, wireless concepts), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Multifactor Authentication, Password Vaults, and effective research techniques.
- Practical experience with hardware: troubleshooting computer hardware issues, printer setup and troubleshooting, installing, replacing hard drives and RAM.
