Reporting directly to the operations manager, you will be instrumental in facilitating our team's goals, enhancing patient care, and refining project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build authentic relationships with patients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Serve as the primary communication link with patients via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Manage patient documentation, test results, and internal records using our electronic medical records system.
  • Oversee patient checkout processes, including invoicing, insurance claims, and payment collection.
  • Exhibit active listening and empathy, employing effective communication techniques with patients.
  • Take charge of the overall patient experience, fostering long-term relationships and trust within our team.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to drive growth initiatives for our clinics.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clinics, ensuring all operational elements are addressed and executed seamlessly.
  • Coordinate community outreach and growth initiatives, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are prepared for events and programs.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and proactive planning for future activities.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and marketing teams, ensuring efficient handling of documentation, scheduling, and communication.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a multi-location or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a project management or patient care coordination role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jane EMR is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset for problem-solving and anticipating needs and challenges.
  • Capability to set and achieve goals with clear timelines.
  • Excellent time management skills, adept at handling various projects simultaneously.
