Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Patient Care

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Health and rehab research Inc. in a rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
