About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at PD Moore Homes Inc. as a key member of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service performance, including metrics and trends.
    • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service delivery.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to management on customer service performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
