About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales to join our team at 2272803 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our retail and wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations and effective resource allocation.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
    • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support business objectives.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
    • Lead working groups to achieve specific objectives and goals.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 35 hours per week
