About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Presentation Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall visual appearance and sales performance of our clients' products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Merchandising Strategies: Plan and execute merchandising strategies in accordance with company guidelines and objectives to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Client Team: Coordinate with the client team to develop promotional displays and campaigns to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
  • Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Store Walkthroughs: Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' merchandising strategies and recommend adjustments to stay competitive in the market.
  • Seasonal and Thematic Displays: Assist in the execution of seasonal and thematic displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
  • Merchandising Knowledge: Strong understanding of merchandising and its application in a retail or grocery setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and strategically.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within a given territory.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technological devices.
