About the Role:
The Visual Merchandising Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and presentations that enhance the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company visual and marketing strategies
- Train and coach visual team members on visual creative elements and selling behaviors
- Meet sales and non-sales KPIs to deliver business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with current styling trends and interpret them to meet company visual and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- College diploma in retail management or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in retail industry, specifically in Visual Merchandising
- Ability to sell and keep customer needs in mind
