- Network Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users experiencing technical difficulties.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
