Overview:

The Mobile Devices & Logistics division is in search of a professional with advanced business process management, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in Retail and Call Centre environments
  2. Background in the mobile or telecommunications sector
  3. Strong skills in data analysis, root cause identification, and reporting
  4. Innovative problem-solving abilities, along with planning and execution skills
  5. Proven experience in project management
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  7. Experience in managing remote teams and resources
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting data mining, analysis, and generating reports
  2. Overseeing the execution and management of ongoing and upcoming projects
  3. Managing both internal and external resources
  4. Handling escalation processes and executive communications

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
  2. Experience in Business Analysis or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  3. Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) is an asset
  4. Experience with retail operations at Bell, Virgin, or The Source
