About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Pal Logistics. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
  • Product Development and Marketing
    • Work closely with our product development team to identify market trends and develop innovative financial products and services.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services to clients and prospects.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure seamless execution of financial transactions and operations to meet client needs and expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software applications.
