About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at BioAro Inc. as a key member of our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process biological samples from patients for analysis
  • Conduct a range of laboratory tests and analyses, including blood chemistry and hematology
  • Maintain accurate records of patient samples and test results
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes and automated analyzers
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • College diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
