Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at RAJA THAI AND INDIAN CUISINE. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a client-focused approach.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and work under pressure. You must be physically demanding and have a strong attention to detail.
