Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at RAJA THAI AND INDIAN CUISINE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights into kitchen operations and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
