- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
