Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to improve their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store culture that reflects Aveda's values and mission

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
