About the Role

Domino's Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and are satisfied with their orders.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team and managing store operations.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for customers.
  • Inventory Management: Ability to manage inventory levels and ensure stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Employee Development: Ability to develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
