Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Aveda Park Royal in West Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and visual merchandising.
- Coach and mentor sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring others.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Competitive salary range $45,300 to $68,000, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
