Domino's Pizza Assistant Manager Job Description

At Domino's Pizza, we're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of up to 30 employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including cost control, inventory management, and customer relations
  • Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service
  • Operate the cash register, collect payment from customers, and maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Deliver products to customers in a safe and courteous manner
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Domino's Pizza grooming standards

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team and managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
