We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Pearl Convenience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales decisions.
- Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and promotional materials, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Operational Tasks: Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate sales records to ensure seamless store operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
As a Retail Sales Associate at Pearl Convenience, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
