About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Abel Pharmacy Services INC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide advice about merchandise, assist customers with purchases, and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Support: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Assist in display of merchandise, maintain store appearance, and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Energetic, organized, reliability, and a team player.
