Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Oversee the management of our food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Leadership and Development
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
- Marketing and Promotions
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotions strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform marketing decisions.
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year.
