About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst to join our Payments and Cash Management team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition of new processes and systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including product owners, business line partners, and IT teams.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Proven business analysis skills, including business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business process improvement tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
