About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Café Boulud. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for station prep, daily MEP, and general cleanliness of your station. You will work closely with our team to produce a premium quality product and ensure a flawlessly executed final product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve culinary goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced kitchen operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong command of the English language
  • A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
